Republic Airways officially completed the relocation of its corporate headquarters and training campus to Carmel, IN, in February 2026. The new $200 million aviation campus consolidates the airline’s corporate leadership, flight training, and maintenance departments into a single location.

Design Highlights:

Avalon Glass Balustrade:
Clear-tempered laminated glass panels and precision metal fittings create an elegant all-glass aesthetic that maximizes transparency and natural light across all five floors. Its minimalist profile provides unobstructed views of the atrium and surrounding collaborative spaces.

Integrated LED Rail:
Stainless steel handrails with integrated LED Pod lighting deliver a consistent downward glow that enhances stair and balcony safety while adding a sleek, contemporary visual element to the interior.

Craftsmanship & Aerospace Aesthetic:
Manufactured by Tuttle A Dant Clayton Division in Fishers, IN, the system was selected for its exceptional metalwork, engineering, and precision-welded stainless steel—balancing elegance and utility while reinforcing the aviation-inspired aesthetic of the RATIO-designed campus.
